Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.CancellationPolicy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to our support team.
After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No additional charges will be applied after the cancellation is confirmed.
 
2.Refund Eligibility
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, as the full month’s service and support become available immediately.

A refund is eligible only if the request is made within the first 15 days from the date of payment for the yearly subscription
 
3.Refund Process
If you qualify for a refund:
– Your refund will be calculated based on the number of days the service was used.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
– The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.  

 

4.No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
-If the account has been involved in misuse or violation of our Terms of Service
-If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
-If excessive or abusive use of support services is identified
-If the refund request is made out side the eligible refund window

 

5.Changes to Policy
ADMSoft reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our official website, and continued use of the service will be considered as acceptance of the updated policy.
